Accommodation in caravans or tents available. Skills required are anyone with enthusiasm and the willingness to learn! However people skilled in Timber frame construction, dry stone walling, round wood green timber building and green roofing especially considered. Near by is a vibrant international community, celebrating music and the seasons. Sharing, talking and joining in, being a part of a growing community of like minded, hard working people. If you come and stay here with us you will undoubtedly meet lots of interesting people!

I have traveled the world with my profession of cooking! I moved from the UK to Portugal in 2012. This year i 'found' a place to settle and build the permaculture inspired eco tourism project i have been dreaming of (visioning) for many years.....
I have been a chef for twelve years and still enjoy cooking! Especially when we have so many fresh delicious fruits and veggies from the land or the local market! We mostly cook vegetarian food with lots of sprouted pulses, sheep and goats cheeses and fresh eggs for added protein (muscles) I will occasionally eat meat and have a celebratory bbq especially after some hard day's physical work !
