About the workproject

We need 2 volunteers

Equator Food Forest is a small farm sitting on five acre land, at the farm we carry various activities, grow and manage a variety of fruit trees, medicinal trees, Timber trees, Nitrogen fixing trees, and coffee. We make wild fruit wines and, harvest honey, and rear local goats, chicken and pigs. The farm is next to the Equator, in the neighborhood of Queen Elizabeth National Park a home of Elephants and we over look Mt. Rwenzori National Park where you find snow at the equator.

I am co-founder of Equator Food Forest, a farm sitting on 6 acres. Married , and currently working as Director of a None Government organisation in Kasese, Uganda. I love farming, tree growing and being innovative. It would a pleasure to work with some volunteers that are interested in helping on the farm.
