Housesitting, janitor wonderful beach in Brazil

Hi there, after living several years in USA, NL, UK, DE, AT and CH, I am back in Brazil. I am brazilian married with russian, we have a 4 year old son and 1.5 years baby.
we got a sea front house in Northeast, this area has very low population density, the beaches here is somehow secluded with very few people around. We built 4 houses that are rented for tourists. The nearest airport is ARAcaju (50 km from me) and there is another one SALVADOR 230 km from me. There are flights with condor from germany to salvador, cheaper than all other flights to other destinations in Brazil.
I am seeking a couple that want to live in a quiet beach and look after my property while I travel.
Long stays(6+ months) are preffered and we also offer pocket money.
We need a couple immediately.
