Hi everyone from Lunazul:

Lunazul is the place where I live since more than three years ago; a place in contact with the Nature in the Mayan Coast, specifically 7'5 km from a small village called Mahahual, 300 meters from the Second Largest Reef Barrier in the World, 50 km from the Biosphere Reserve "Banco Chinchorro", and also less than two hours from the Magic Village "Bacalar".
Lunazul has got ecologic beach huts in front of the sea, supplied by solar energy and rainwater, and it is also a place prepared to do aquatic activities.
Here it's where I'd like to carry out an experience based on an intercultural exchange and mutual improvement. To get this, it would be necessary your help by doing the daily routine and some maintenance activities, such as huts and beach cleaning, gardening, laundry, or simple cooking chores. In the same way, if you have decoration skills or you are good at making crafts, your creativity will be welcome, as Lunazul is also the result of different contributions and ideas that people from all around the World have given.
These tasks would be done along less than 30 hours per week so that you can enjoy two whole days off. Anyway we can agree this with no problem.
In exchange, I will offer accommodation in the beach huts (with hot water, wifi...) as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also there will be interesting options for your spare time. For example, you will be able to use kayaks to do snorkeling and discover the amazing local marine life; go fishing in our boat; go biking; or even get the taste of diving!

Anyone will be welcome, although I'd prefer people who can speak English because I'd like to improve my English and I think this is the best way to get it.

Lunazul es el lugar donde vivo desde hace más de tres años; un lugar en plena Naturaleza en la Costa Maya, concretamente a 7'5 km de un pueblito llamado Mahahual, a 300 metros de la Segunda Barrera de Coral más grande del Mundo, a 50km de la Reserva de la Biosfera "Banco Chinchorro", y a menos de dos horas del Pueblo Mágico "Bacalar".
Lunazul cuenta con unas cabañas ecológicas frente al mar abastecidas por energía solar y agua de lluvia, y es también un lugar preparado para hacer actividades acuáticas.
Es aquí donde me gustaría emprender una experiencia basada en el intercambio intercultural y el enriquecimiento mutuo. Para ello sería necesaria tu ayuda realizando algunas actividades rutinarias y de mantenimiento, tales como limpieza de cabañas y playa, jardinería, lavandería, o tareas sencillas en cocina. Asimismo, si tienes habilidades para decorar o se te dan bien las manualidades, tu creatividad será bienvenida, ya que Lunazul es también el resultado de aportaciones e ideas que personas de todo el Mundo han regalado.
Estas tareas serían realizadas a lo largo de menos de 30 horas semanales disfrutando además de dos días libres. En cualquier caso, es algo que podemos acordar sin problema.

A cambio, se ofrece alojamiento en cabañas (con agua caliente,WIFI...), así como desayunos, comidas y cenas, e incluso interesantes opciones para tu tiempo libre. Por ejemplo, podrás usar el kayak para hacer snorkel y descubrir la impresionante vida marina, usar nuestra lancha para pescar, pasear en bici o incluso iniciarte en el buceo!

Cualquier persona será bienvenida, aunque preferiría gente que hablase inglés para poder mejorar mi nivel, ya que creo que ésta es la mejor manera de lograrlo. Así que, si crees que Lunazul puede brindarte una buena experiencia, no dudes en contactar conmigo.
