My sister is my neighbour and we have some shared grass patio, am a proud uncle and love to spoil Matthias, my almost 2y.o. nephew. As a kid I always wanted to have a treehouse and I want to give him one. The only tree we have (apart from palm trees) is a lemon tree. But there is a huge column which I plan to build the house around it, but I need some experienced (or at least adventurous) skills. I will attach an example of what I intend to have (it will be a little, rough, artsy, wooden house... of only one level of course

Am David Diaz, 29, live in Honduras. Editorial freelance photographer. Before that I used to work for some years at Maersk in finance and accounting. Single, rum lover, love to play pool at my apartment with friends or Couchsurfers. I live in my own apartment really close to some awesome waterfalls (1.5hrs) and nice beaches (2hr drive)
Am a travelaholic.
Interests: Fishing, nature, photography, arts, music, cooking.
Am amused by people who are willing to go extreme for others.
My apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms as well, one bedroom (yours) has two single beds. I live really close to downtown, super safe area. My city is on the way to every nice thing to do in the country.
The food will depend of what we (you and I) come up with, I live two blocks away from the supermarket, so we could go every week and decide what the menu is. You can prepare your own meals or we cook together
We can have loads of fun though, and can show you around or take you to the beach or the falls
