Casa Namaste is the perfect place to experiment ur presence in the real life.
Here u can try and trying urself to be.
U can do that helping us taking care the house, the garden, the animals ( we are sharing our life with two dogs, three cats and two magic chickens ) and our guests from all around the world.

I'm Tiziano I'm originally from Venice but I moved to Sardinia in 2011 to live my dream.
I renovated casa Namaste all by myself and I build a safe place to train myself to be present in the moment ...
I have 5 extra rooms for friends and friends of friends and they help my to support the maintenance of the house and u 
I love the idea to share the place with people from all over the world .
