NGO based in Osh, Kyrgyzstan looking for a woman volunteer for English camp in January 2018

Hi, my name is Eleonora. I am from Osh, the ancient town in Kyrgyzstan. I have a NGO in the education field and a language school. I need a volunteer who has experience and knowledge in effective teaching methodology to help me train my young staff members as well as to help me to teach the kids how to draw and English. Furthermore, if you have any project writing, fundraising or marketing skills , it would be a plus. Also, I am about to start a project which will mostly focus on teaching English and drawing to kids from poor families and kids with disabilities. In the end, by teaching English to children in need my main aims is to give them the opportunities to have better careers, higher education, and to gain broader perspectives about the world.
