Office Admin Volunteers
We always need help in our offices, so please do get in touch if you need work experience in this area. We can give you useful experience in customer care, marketing, accounting and other general office duties.
Fundraising Volunteers
Do you fancy organising a fundraising event or activity? This could be organising a karaoke night, sponsored walk; a bake sale; dressing up silly at work, or running a bingo night for example.
Come and help us The Sanctuary relies on the goodwill and dedication of volunteers for much of its work and there are many ways that you can help: Walk a dog Cuddle a cat - they love a good pamper Help out in our Donation cafe or farm shop Volunteer at one of our fun events Help out with the many jobs around the Farm

You bring your own tents,caravans,motor homes etc
On our Farm we have many animals including horses,barking mad dogs,cats,poultry and goat. We grow fruit and vegetables.
Spare time Singing,dancing,music bring your own instruments,walking in beautiful land ,woods and to the lakes.

We have a vision to set ourselves up with a Solid Working Farm, to start a center for sustainable living,natural resources,natural building,wooden materials structures,steel structures,alternative energy,living off the land,permaculture,producing organic vegetables,fruit,herbs and eventually expand into an eco-village. Our aim is to provide the public with information on how to live sustainable. Having areas and buildings for workshops,talks ,teaching English a sustainable education center. An information resource center providing help on relocation,accommodation,housing, caravans,motor homes,yurts,tepee etc,helping with papers,lawyers,doctors,hospital,utility services,merchant,builders,farriers,veterinary skill sharing, lift sharing, land share, recycling, free giving of items,clothes swaps,helping people,the poor,needy,children,elderly also to give support with animal food,educate how to keep and look after animals,full veterinary care, Animal rescue,dog,cats short term,then foster,rehoming,all other animal and equine rescue with long term care,rehabilitation,rehoming,natural horsemanship,lessons,equine,Raising Funds by animal parties,donkey days,equine cart and beach rides,petting center,children and adult weeks and weekends,market stall,cafe bar,charity shop, craft,goods,party nights,pizza nights,cultural Portuguese dance and music nights Yoga,meditation,reiki,massage,nutrition,healthy eating etc wildlife,nature preservation,including relaxation We would like to share experiences and ideas for an ideal sustainable living model, sharing food production, transport, waste management,energy use also now which so important WATER:
