We need 1 volunteer
Do you like meeting new people and live by the beach? Our Hostal is located 1 block from the beautiful beach of Ayampe. This is the perfect place for surfing, practicing yoga, learn spanish and meet people from all over the world. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly and motivated person to volunteer at our small hostal. If you have experience in hospitality even better but not 100% necessary. Minimum working time 1 month and some basic Spanish will be preferred.

We are Keith and Marilyn, the owners of La Buena Vida Hostal in Ayampe, Ecuador. We are New Yorkers living in Ecuador for almost 10 years now. We have 3 small kids and 6 pets.
A nice room shared with one more volunteer, with a private bathroom with hot water, full size bed, wifi and you can do your laundry once a week on the premises.
Includes breakfast, you should cook your own lunch and dinners. This could be done during your working times which would be in the evenings only after 5pm.
When guests leave tips is shared amongst all the staff. Sometimes depending on how hospitable you are guests might tip you more!
