My Subtropical property is centrally located, only 5 minutes to beaches, shops, town center. Waitangi River, Treaty Grounds, known as the Birthplace of NZL. Haruru Falls and endless water adventures... My property is mostly native bush, with native wildlife, including Kiwis, Tuis, Fantails... And Glow Worms at night. Many new projects underway, including new walking tracks, gardening, house work... Free Wi FI. Kayaks, Mountain Bike available... Smoking of any form, wont be tolerated.
