A piece of 1.6ekar of sloopy agro land at a small estate village at Simpang Ampat, Alor Gajah, need to construct basic facilities, hostels, toilets, fence, road, water and electricity supply connections.
Simpang Ampat is at North West 30km away from Melaka Jonker Street. Gadek Hot Springs is 10km away. 100km South of Kuala Lumpur.
