We look for enthusiast, positive social travelers, to join our exchange Help&Stay program.
We are an international family of travelers and crew involved into the developing of hostelling, farming and cultural projects. Thanks to travelers and volunteers from all over the world our Family is special, top-friendly and seriously involved in the aim to create and share with the local community of friends and global community of backpackers a unique, top-friendly, global and local experience.
In addition to our hostel and farm activities we activate and develop social tourism, cross-cultural, anti-racist projects here at Zagarolo and also in Milano, where we still develop projects thru our Patchanka Network organisation, the place where originally we met and began our Wiki Hostel Family adventure, on 2011 … but that’s another story …

We are Ulia & Luca, we are passionated about tourism, travels and wine. We live between Italy and US. We are really passionated with our "BelPaese", this is the reason we decided to stay in Italy even if we got an international family 
We used to live in Milan for 15 years, where we developed many projects thru several not-for profit organizations. After that we have moved out the big town, actually we live in Zagarolo-Metropolitan City of Rome, just out of Rome, where we opened an hostel (Wiki Hostel & GreenVillage) since 2008, a really world-awarded international hostel located in a hilly green oasis. With the hostels and our organization we also activate many cross-cultural and social-tourism projects and events, all year. Starting on 2015 we also decided to open our houses located in the heart of the medieval old town of Zagarolo, so to share a really unique experience. To be in and out Rome, so to visit "Roma" and more, relax back home in our hilly and green areas, walk into the romantic little alleys of Zagarolo looking for a best spot for your pictures, tasting the typical food and local wine, attend the local community typical fests as the famous "Sagra dell'Uva", the Zagarolo Wine Fest all years the first week-end of October ... so to live as a local in your house in the old town. The collective kitchen will be available to all volunteers and guests.
Shower in common area will be available.
Meals provided by the Wiki Social kitchen (our chef).
The food will be guaranteed.
