Vale das Lobas is transforming an idyllic mountain valley in Portugal into a centre for well being and discovery. The farm and gardens include chestnut forests, forest gardens, medicine gardens, water gardens, herb gardens, vegetable gardens and field crops, including legumes, grains and roots.

Chan and Diana are managing the volunteer hospitality. Miguel is an expert in Agro-Ecology, and he will guide the planting work, along with Laura. Tony, Dino and Céu will provide logistical support.
In the accommodation zone there are some caravans for volunteers and a kitchen and shower building for shared meals.
We will cook lunch and dinner. Breakfast will be a group effort.
