We need 1 volunteer
I am looking for a private personal assistant to help me with daily/weekly tasks at my 2 popular restaurants in Cape Town. The PA will also need to be technically advanced to manage my Instagram & Facebook accounts with high emphasis on collecting content daily.
Our social media campaign is a big part of our success and you will need to know how to capture videos, compilations, stories, updates and know what to post and when.
Added to this will be weekly tasks below:
- menu design
- general design
- popping into cafes to give feedback
- shopping for delis
- shopping for me
- returning calls
- leave scheduling assistance
- booking appointments/meetings and reminders
- deli 2 sea planning
- social media assistance
- menu research and recipes
- supplier research for products

I have run my two restaurants for over 7 years and needing assistance with management tasks provided. I’m successfully driven and hard working. I will expect High energy and a friendly hard working person to assist me.
The cottage is situated in the heart of Kalk Bay coastal village near Cape Town. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants.
I am a chef and do prepare meals but generally you will be able to make your own food unless we decide to do dinners etc together. Or meals at the restaurants.
We will provide you with everything you need Like a local loaded SIM card and monthly pocket money for transport allowance. We will be able to discuss additional working options
