I am the proud owner of 2 houses inside a farm named "Quinta da Canada" with more than 12 000,00 square metres located sligthly higher than the village, with fantastic views to it but also to a coastline without any building. It has views to the Sunset and to the Rising Sun filled with good vibes and energies. Overwhelming views to the sea and direct access to the beach are a special treasure.
Both houses being one small and the other fairly big have nice caractheristics and do provide a sense of tranquility. These houses are to be fixed and there are planned uses for them.
In the farm there are quite a few areas to be worked on in view to be holístic areas, leasure areas, garden areas, picnic and barbecue areas, bar and restaurant areas with esplanades, viewpoint areas, outdoor gym, sports areas and activities áreas. An area by the sea to host a Nautical Activities Center with Diving, Kayaks and others.
Ecological concerns to be addressed.
Music & Art Festival to be implemented.
Other events to be implemented.
Workshops on various areas to be implemented.
Traditional construction to be considered.
On the gardens are places traditionally being used for camping by many scouts and visitors which are served with water fountains, showers, ecological bathroom, barbecue, etc. The camping area is to gain more and improoved facilities.

I speak and write perfectly Portuguese and English! French, italian and spanish i manage to comunicate.
I am single and have a couple of grown up kids. I work in the area of tourism and of civil protection.
I made very strong effort to keep this property and now i want to promote its potencial and also create a visiting destination on the village and neighbouring region through dynamization and cooperation on new offer and business.
Tents in the farm next to the houses or a shared room in the bigger house if weather becomes agressive.
A schedule of provided meals is presented and offered under reservation!
Additional hours are to be agreed and deducted from other working days!
I can eventualy offer money for some of the additional hours.
