About me

I am passionate about working with children. I feel I have the qualities that would make me a good au pair. I am hard working, patient and always have a smile on my face. I have experience working with young children as part of a work experience placement in a local nursery school. As a result of this i now volunteer two days a week at the nursery school and feel I have become a valued member of the team. There are children 0-5 at the centre/school I enjoy working with all ages and I feel my enthusiastic approach supports and enhances children's learning. I am able to work as part of a team and on my own, I am very practical and use my initiative well. I would like to be an au pair as I enjoy being part of a family, love working with children, and whilst doing this i have the incredible opportunity to see an amazing part of the world.

Skills

I am a very enthusiastic and happy person who strives to get the best out of every opportunity. I am one of four children and enjoy nothing more than spending time with my three sisters. My interests include, socialising, horse riding, netball and I am also a very keen swimmer. I live in a rural location so I enjoy walks in the countryside.
At school I developed a passion for Drama and Theatre studies and took part in several Theatre Productions in and out of school. While at school I was incredibly lucky to be nominated to spend a month in China where i completed a three week course in basic Mandarin, it was during this time I gained a desire to travel and see the world.
