▪ Assisted customers by resolving complaints and thriving to create an overall positive customer experience. Additionally, I championed change and suggested new ideas for a more enjoyable restaurant environment for our guests.
▪ Worked as part of a dynamic team that relied on communication and team spirit. I was also tasked to provide training and development for our newest members.
