About me

Hello,
We are Barbara and Attila, a couple from New Zealand. We have been married for 25 years and have three wonderful children who have now left the nest. We have decided to spend the next couple of years traveling the world.
The first 25 years of our lives were spent growing up in Hungary, learning and gathering experiences. The next 25 years were spent raising our children in New Zealand, teaching them about the world and continuing to learn ourselves.
In the years ahead of us we want to carry on learning and would love to share the knowledge we have
gained over the past 50 years with others.
A little about me, Barbara:
I have worked in Special Education for 30 years. I am an Early Childhood Teacher, and an Early Intervention Teacher and love children. I am fascinated by child development and passionate about helping parents to become the parents they want to be. People also say that I am a good cook. I can definitely make some nice dishes and food, especially Hungarian food. I certainly love feeding people.
A little bit about me, Attila:
I have tried a lot of things during my life, I have worked as a bus and truck driver, as well as taught people how to drive. I have also developed multiple websites and shot and edited shorts films. Having spent time renovating homes in the past, I am a capable handyman as well. I am passionate about music and enjoy a good conversation about the world around us.
We are easy going people, we love a good laugh, nice food, good company, meeting interesting people, working hard and being serious when needed. We love helping others, we like a great conversation about all sorts of topics. We also love spending time together, just two of us.
We are looking for like minded people and we are offering our help and skills.
