About me

Hi! My name is Patrick and I'm looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the American lifestyle. I recently made a huge career change for health reasons, leaving behind a stressful job where I worked as a lighting designer and technician for live events and performances. My dream has always been to travel and learn more about other cultures and write about my experiences and how life differs from place to place.
My hobbies include reading, writing, hiking, boating, and just about anything outdoors. I enjoy adventure sports also, (skydiving, bungee, scuba, etc), but meeting new people and learning about them is my most favorite part of being alive and part of the world.
I'm a hard worker, honest, and good spirited with a great sense of humor.

Skills

Carpentry, electrical work, computer/IT work, painting, cooking, hospitality industry, bartending, general handy-man, animal care and training, and can be taught anything quickly.

Additional info

I am a smoker, don't have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.

I am a smoker, but I don't like smoking indoors and am currently in the process of trying to quit. I don't have any food allergies that I know of, but I'm not a huge fan of seafood. It's usually not even the taste, just a weird thing about the textures.
