About me

Hello I’m Indie. I born in NY but have lived half my life in California. I am a lover of people, animals and nature! I am healer trained in massage therapy and holistic wellness. I’m traveling in Europe and interested in connecting with locals and helping with community projects. I am especially interested eco-building, yogi and meditation retreat centers, Cheese making, hospitality industries, language exchange and creative endeavors, but am open to help my host however I can! My name is Indie. I am traveling in Europe and seeking to train in carpentry and woodwork. I was trained as a massage therapist and love engaging in different modalities of holistic wellness such as yoga, tai chi, fasting, breathwork and sound healing. I love hosteling and meeting new people but I would like to find a longer term place to settle and be a part of a community where I can collaborate and work on projects with others. I am willing to help my host in any variety of ways. I also have a TEFL certification and am currently studying Germany at A2 level.

Skills

I am good with home renovations; changing lighting fixtures, painting, spackling, hanging drywall, sanding wood, demolition. I would like to learn framing and tiling. I have assisting with mural painting, and clay landscaping, food production from farm to table. My computer skills are solid and I can do video editing, some photoshop, POS and data entry. In terms of customer service skills, warm hospitality and helpfulness is part of my culture.
