I am a 25 year-old brazilian woman living in Limerick, Ireland since November of 2015. I am currently taking classes in a General English Course at Limerick Language Centre. I am in the advanced level class and really love to learn new languages and cultures. That is why I came to Ireland. My classes will finish in May, so, after that, I will be able to travel and work throughout Europe.
I hold a degree in Journalism and for several years I have been writing articles, managing and updating websites and interviewing people. I have had the experience of dealing with national and international customers and it has been very rewarding. I have published a book called “Sheepish: Theatre in Joinville (which is my my hometown) during the Military Dictatorship”. I would love to write another book, maybe this time about my experience in Ireland. Furthermore, in the future, I would like to have a master degree and become a professor in college.
For now, I am looking for a position where I can develop my skills and improve my English knowledge. I am extremely interested in being a volunteer as I see it as a new challenge that will enhance my career with international experience and I am confident that I can learn as much as I can teach you. I am willing to do anything needed.
In Brazil I have experienced looking after 30 children in a volunteer work. I used to help the teacher during the classes and assist the students aged 7 to 8 years old.
I consider myself very responsible, persistent, communicative, punctual, organized and determined. I am a quick learner and a hard worker. Also, everybody says that I am a lovely, funny, happy, friendly, reliable and kind young woman.
I am not a smoker, don't have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.
