About me

I am a early years instructor working in Phuket, Thailand during the school year who loves children, teaching, travel, art, food and yoga. I was born and raised in Canada but left to pursue teaching abroad. TEFL certified, I moved to Thailand to immerse myself in a brand new culture and way of life and ended up falling head over heels in love with the country as I've been here for 3 years now. During the summer while school is out, I am looking for opportunities to travel and help out where I am needed. I am always up for adventure and thrive on new experiences!

Skills

During the school year, I teach at a small international school in Phuket, Thailand as a preschool instructor. We teach primarily in English so I have experience in early years english tutoring as well as child care. Graduating with a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts from my home country of Canada, I have experience in teaching a number of art instruction classes for children as well as Children's yoga (which is all incorporated in our school curriculum where I teach in Thailand).
