Multi-talented, creative, efficient and with a touch of style and presentation applied to my duties,
Whether as Head Chef, Chef / Solo, assistant on board Motor / Yacht, Sailing/ Yacht, or on the ground farm, I made sure that the affected jobs, the highest standards were presented with grace and efficiency.
No job is too small or too big for me. If a job needs to be done, I will accomplish with all the tools at hand, with an organized efficiency, tact and professionalism. I understand the importance of teamwork, communication with his peers, just as important as being able to function as an individual as well.

Great knowledge about Vegetarian cuisine... sprouts ( make them) ... quinoa.. sumac.... kéfir..( make it) and on and on......
