Preferred location

I'm traveling through Scotland and Ireland with my girlfriend. She has to leave from Dublin in late August for school, but I'll be continuing my travels for a bit longer. We're looking to see as much of Scotland and Ireland as possible in that time. So we're looking for somewhere to work for the next 2 weeks in Scotland and two weeks in Ireland before she leaves.

Skills

I am pretty good with my hands and amazing at sales and customer service. I've spent the last two years doing general construction and remodels. I know how to do a lot with my hands and I am a fast learner with what I don't know how to do.
My girlfriend has done a lot with childcare, restaurant and farm work. She loves to work with animals and learn new things.

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.
